Strict Quality Control Standards for Woven Garments
We implement 3-stage quality inspection: incoming fabric check, in-production stitching check, and final finished product inspection. Each piece is checked for fabric defects, stitching neatness, size accuracy and detail workmanship to ensure all exported goods meet international apparel quality standards.
1. Incoming Fabric Inspection
Before production, all fabrics and accessories will be fully inspected, including fabric density, color fastness, shrinkage rate and defect rate. Unqualified fabrics will be returned directly to ensure the raw materials meet the quality requirements.
2. In-production Patrol Inspection
During the production process, the quality inspection team will conduct regular patrol inspection on each production line, check the stitching workmanship, size accuracy and detail processing of semi-finished products, and find and correct problems in time.
3. Finished Product Full Inspection
After the production is completed, each finished product will be fully inspected before packaging, including appearance integrity, size error, thread cleaning and accessory matching, to ensure that each product delivered to the customer is qualified.
We strictly implement quality management standards, and every link from raw materials to finished products is under control, so as to provide customers with stable and reliable product quality.
